Instructions for Document Upload
Keep scanned copies of all relevant certificates ready in PDF format only. Each file must be less than 2 MB.
UG / PG / PhD Marksheet & Degree Certificate: Prepare a separate PDF for each qualification (UG, PG, PhD) containing the final year marks statement and degree certificate / passing certificate.
Bio-data: A well‑structured and detailed bio‑data / resume.
NET/SET Certificate: Mandatory for candidates applying for Physics, Mathematics, Librarian, Director of Physical Education, etc.
Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate *: All reserved category candidates must upload these documents (if applicable).
Non‑Creamy Layer Certificate: Required for reserved categories other than SC/ST. Certificate must be valid up to 31/03/2027 (if applicable). If not uploaded → Application will be considered in OPEN category only
EWS Certificate: Valid up to 31/03/2027 (if applicable).
Divyang Certificate (PwD): Issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
Experience Certificate: If applicable.
University Teacher Approval: If applicable.
Research Publications: Supporting documents (if applicable).
Important: Caste Validity Certificate – Undertaking Option
If you do not currently have a Caste Validity Certificate, you can apply by uploading an undertaking (a written declaration) stating that the caste validity certificate will be provided as directed by the Selection Committee.
The Selection Committee's decision about this matter (whether to accept the undertaking, when to submit the certificate, etc.) will be final and binding on the candidate.
Note for Name Change Cases:Candidates who have changed their name must attach a copy of the relevant Marriage Certificate or Gazette Notification along with the application form.
Important General Note:
